Isaac’s Bar Mitzvah Reception & Brunch

Brigadeiro Chocolate and Lemon cakes were ordered for the 100 people reception.  Without them being tiered, the pressure was on:  I was challenged with the presentation.  But with some imagination and craft, they turned out pretty well – I got rave reviews from everyone on its looks… but most of all on how delightfully yummy they were.

Three of my bundt cakes were specially ordered for Brunch the following morning:  Banana Nut with Dulce de Leche, Pumpkin Spice and Carrot Cake.  I drizzled the latter two with Orange glaze, which made them absolutely delish.  “The depth of the pumpkin cake is… wow!”
